JS IC “ALSKOM” ANNOUNCES A COMPETITION TO SELECT AN INDEPENDENT ORGANIZATION TO CONDUCT AN ESTIMATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CORPORATE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN THE COMPANY BY THE RESULTS OF 2018.

Organizations defined by the Corporate Management Code are allowed to participate in the competition.

Proposal for the competition must contain the following documents:

1) application for participation in the tender with the proposed terms of the contract (dates, cost for the services, etc.)

2) copy of state registration certificate, license for the right to engage in auditing activities for audit organizations and licenses for the rights to engage in professional activities in the securities market for professional participants in the securities market;

3) information about the company;

4) copies of qualification certificates of an auditor, qualification certificate of a securities market specialist, qualification certificate of a corporate manager, other international certificates;

5) method for assessing the corporate management system;

6) information (CV) about specialists participating in the assessment of the corporate management system in the company with submitting a copy of the relevant documents.

Documents can be sent by the e-mail (info@alskom.uz) or submitted to JS IC “ALSKOM” no later than February 08, 2019 by the address: 109 Amir Temur ave., Tashkent, 100084. Proposals submitted after the deadlines are considered as invalid and are not accepted for consideration.
