A training seminar was held on the topic “Issues of effective organization of work of a regional insurance company network”

    At the training seminar, practical approaches to the organization of sales technology, qualifications of insurance services sellers, identification of problems in the work of sellers and the formation of ways to solve them were considered. Developed recommendations to improve the work of the regional network of the Company, the system of sales of insurance products. At the training workshop, interactive discussion methods, slide shows, business and situational role-playing games, group work, etc. were used.

   It should be noted that the conducted training workshop will improve the organization of the regional network of the Company, the activities of heads of regional divisions, as well as specialists in the implementation of insurance products.
