To the attention of shareholders of the Joint Stock Company Insurance Company "ALSKOM"

    The Supervisory Board of JSC SK ALSKOM notifies you that on May 25, 2018, the Center for Coordination and Development of the Securities Market under the State Committee on Competition of the Republic of Uzbekistan registered the decision on the additional issue of JSC SK ALSKOM shares No. P0170-14 for the issue of additional ordinary registered uncertificated shares in the amount of 1,200,000 units with a nominal value of 1,380 soums each.

  In accordance with the Charter and the Decision on the issue, shareholders of IC ALSKOM, owners of ordinary (voting) shares, have the preemptive right to acquire ordinary (voting) shares from this issue in proportion to the number of ordinary shares owned by them. The preemptive right to purchase shares of additional issue are shareholders - owners of ordinary (voting) shares of IC “ALSKOM”, recorded in the register of shareholders, formed as of April 26, 2018.

   The term of the preemptive right is 14 days from the date of publication of this notice.

  In accordance with the decision of the Supervisory Board of JSC SK ALSKOM dated May 28, 2018, the offering price of shares was set at 1,400 soums per share.

  A shareholder who has a preemptive right has the right to fully or partially exercise his preemptive right by sending a written application on the acquisition of shares containing the name (name) and place of residence (location) of the shareholder, the number of shares acquired by him, and the document about payment. Such an application must be filed by IC ALSKOM during the term of the preemptive right.

  The cession of the preemptive right is not allowed.

 After the expiration of the preemptive right period, the shares are placed by public subscription among an unlimited number of investors.
