"ALSKOM" JS IC announces a COMPETITION on the choice of an independent organization to assess the corporate governance system in the Company

Organizations defined by the Corporate Governance Code are allowed to participate in the competition.
The tender proposal must contain the following documents:
Documents can be sent by e-mail (info@alskom.uz) or submitted to "ALSKOM" JS IC no later than March 10, 2020 at the address: 100202, Tashkent, 109 Amir Temur Ave. Proposals submitted after the indicated deadlines are considered invalid and are not accepted for consideration.
The tender proposal must contain the following documents:
- application for participation in the tender with the proposed terms of the contract (timing, amount of payment for services, etc.)
- a copy of the certificate of state registration, a license to engage in audit activities for audit organizations and a license to engage in professional activities in the securities market for professional participants in the securities market;
- company information;
- copies of qualification certificates of the auditor, qualification certificate of a specialist in the securities market, qualification certificate of a corporate manager, other international certificates;
- methodology for assessing the corporate governance system;
- information (resume) about specialists involved in the assessment of the corporate governance system in the company with a copy of the relevant documents.
