DEAR SHAREHOLDERS OF "ALSKOM" JOIN STOCK INSURANCE COMPANY!

The Supervisory Board of "ALSKOM" JS IC informs you that on August 29, 2020, the Agency for Development of the Capital Market of Uzbekistan registered a decision on the additional issue of shares of "ALSKOM" JS IC by No. P0170-16 for the issue of additional 3,630,000 pieces of ordinary registered uncertified shares with a nominal value of 1 380 soums per share.
In accordance with the Charter and the Decision on the issue, the shareholders of "ALSKOM" JS IC owners of ordinary (voting) shares have the prerogative right to purchase ordinary (voting) shares from this issue in proportion to the number of ordinary shares they hold. The prerogative right to purchase additional shares is held by shareholders - owners of ordinary (voting) shares of "ALSKOM" JS IC, recorded in the register of shareholders formed as of August 12, 2020.
The prerogative right is valid for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice.
In accordance with the decision of the Supervisory Board of "ALSKOM" JS IC dated September 03, 2020, the placement price of shares was set at 1,400 soums per share.
A shareholder having a prerogative right has the right to fully or partially exercise his prerogative right by sending a written application to "ALSKOM" JS IC in writing on the acquisition of shares containing the name and place of residence (location) of the shareholder, the number of shares acquired by him, and a document about payment. Such an application must be submitted by "ALSKOM" JS IC during the term of the prerogative right.
Assignment of prerogative rights is not permitted.
After the prerogative period expires, the shares are placed by open subscription among an unlimited number of investors.
