The main management tasks are as follows:
  • Organization of a uniform procedure and improvement of the quality of the Company's record keeping;
  • Organization of systematic monitoring of the timing and quality of the execution of documents and instructions of the Company's management;
  • Organization of measures to ensure the proper preservation and effective use of the Company's property;
  • Rational use of vehicles and fuels and lubricants, as well as the adoption of appropriate measures to ensure the safety of their movement;
  • Introduction of the procedure for carrying out current and capital repairs of buildings, premises and the adjacent territory in all divisions of the Company;
  • Organization of timely and high-quality material, office, sanitary and hygienic support;
  • Creation of comfortable conditions for the reception and customer service of the Company in all divisions of the Company;
  • Organization of proper reception of guests of the Company during official events, meetings and business negotiations;
  • Provision of technical and documentary assistance (transportation, hotel reservations, visas, purchase of train / air tickets, etc.) in the course of business trips of the Company's management, heads of structural divisions and employees of the Company;
  • Creating proper working conditions for the Company's employees, organizing recreation and health improvement of employees, organizing sports and entertainment events;
  • The organization of the procedure for observance by employees of executive and corporate discipline in the Company .;
  • Improvement of the premises and the enclosing territory of the Company in all its divisions.
The management functions include the following:

  • Ensuring timely reception, registration and preliminary consideration of correspondence received by the Company;
  • Submission of correspondence for consideration by the management of the Company, monitoring the timing and quality of the implementation of resolutions of the management of the Company, registration of response letters and timely sending them to the addressee;
  • Monitoring the timely review and submission of structural subdivisions and specific performers of the documents submitted for execution, checking the correctness of the design of the prepared draft documents transmitted to the manager for signature, ensuring their high-quality editing;
  • Providing organizational and technical support for administrative and regulatory activities of the Director General of the Company;
  • Ensuring the selection, ordering, acquisition, use, safety of documents received in the archive;
  • Preparation and timely transfer to state storage of documents formed in the process of the Company's activities to the archival fund of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
  • Taking the necessary measures to use in the work of modern technical means;
  • Providing the necessary working conditions for the employees of the Company, the organization of recreation and rehabilitation of employees, the organization of sports and entertainment events;
  • Organization of work to create safe and healthy working conditions, ensuring control over the implementation of measures in the field of labor protection, as well as over the Company's compliance with current laws, instructions, rules and regulations on labor protection, safety, industrial hygiene;
  • Providing the Company with office furniture, inventory, equipment, stationery and other accessories, as well as ensuring their safety, restoration and replenishment;
  • Implementation of work on the maintenance and overhaul of buildings, premises and the adjacent territory of the Company in all its divisions;
  • Ensuring proper order in the premises of the Company and the adjacent territory in accordance with sanitary and hygienic standards;
  • Taking timely measures to prepare the operated buildings, structures, equipment and vehicles for the autumn-winter period;
  • Continuous increase of profitability in the use of the Company's property, including the implementation of profitable transactions for the lease of the Company's own premises and the removal of premises for the Company's needs, as well as transactions for the rental of motor vehicles;
  • Participation in the preparation of meetings, meetings on behalf of the leadership and the organization of their material and technical base;
  • Development and coordination of prospective and current plans for various types of repair of buildings, premises and equipment of the Company, including water supply systems, electricity, heating, sewage, ventilation, as well as proposals for improving their operation and maintenance;
  • Taking timely measures to prepare the operated buildings, structures, equipment and vehicles for the autumn-winter period;
  • Ensuring technically correct operation and timely repair of linear lighting in the buildings of the Company;
  • Organization of uninterrupted provision of telephone communications to the Company and operation of the internal telephone network in the Company's buildings;
  • Implementation of work to ensure safe and healthy working conditions for employees, as well as control over the implementation of measures in the field of labor protection;
  • Ensuring compliance and control of the Company's fire safety regime and technical support
