Insurance Claims Department

The main tasks of the department are as follows:
  • coordination and organization of activities of the Company's branches and their branches;
  • ensuring correct and objective calculation of insurance payments and providing information to policyholders on insurance services;
  • regular accounting and analysis of the current activities of the Department, as well as the Company's structural divisions in the implementation of insurance;
  • ensuring timely reporting on the results of the Department and the regional divisions of the Company;
  • assistance to the authorized Department of the Company for consideration of insurance claims filed from insurers;
  • participation in the recruitment and training of insurance agents, as well as employees of regional divisions of the Company;
  • development of the insurance market infrastructure by creating and expanding an agent network with responsible employees of the Company's structural divisions;
  • analysis of the insurance market, the study and search for promising areas of development of the Company's activities;
  • ensuring effective functioning and continuous improvement of the quality of the Company's management system.
The functions of the department include the following:
  • creation and expansion of divisions, agent network of the Company, both in the center and in the regions of the republic;
  • making proposals on personnel structure in the branches of the Company; - conclusion of voluntary and compulsory insurance contracts with legal entities and individuals, continuous monitoring of existing insurance contracts, renewal of expiring insurance contracts, search for new clients, ensuring quality work on consulting and maintenance services for regular and new clients, systematic improvement of order and reduction of service time clientele;
  • determining the degree of risk, tariff rates, specific conditions at the conclusion of the insurance contract;
  • the organization of sales of insurance policies, both voluntary and compulsory insurance;
  • observance of the established procedure, conditions, terms and forms of execution of contractual documents, as well as strict adherence to internal and external laws and regulations;
  • compliance with the correctness of the conclusion of contracts of agency instructions, accounting and control activities of insurance agents;
  • compliance with the Company's insurance rules and the legal framework for all types of insurance services of the Company, methodological, instructional and other regulatory and legal internal documents of the Company, continuous study and analysis of the internal legal framework in order to more clearly understand the properties and features of the insurance services provided by the Company;
  • participation and facilitation of timely acceptance and transfer to the authorized department of the Company for consideration of insurance claims, applications for payment of insurance compensation (security) received from insurers;
  • development and submission to the authorized department of the Company of proposals for the development of new types of insurance services and the improvement of existing ones, participation and assistance in the development of teaching materials, the submission of reasonable proposals for amendments and additions to the internal legal framework of the Company;
  • organizing outreach and widespread propaganda of the meaning and importance of insurance among various segments of the population of the entity, as well as full information on the activities of the Company and the types of insurance services provided by the Company;
  • development and management of the Company's forecast indicators;
  • monitoring and analyzing the performance of the Company's forecast indicators;
  • making adjustments to the Company's prozoa indicators;
  • development and participation in the development of the necessary requirements for the organization of insurance activities of the Company, structural divisions of the Company, insurance agents and specialized subsidiaries;
  • holding events and training seminars for employees of the Company, insurance agents and specialized subsidiaries of the Company to improve the quality of the services provided by the Company and to improve the qualifications of insurance specialists;
  • preparation of materials for the Board of Directors of the Company;
  • interaction with other structural divisions of the Company on insurance, financial and other issues;
  • carrying out other activities necessary for the fulfillment of tasks assigned to the Department that do not contradict the Charter of the Company.
