The main tasks of the department are the following:
  • determination of the methodology and methodology of organization and development of the Company's insurance activities;
  • improving the quality of insurance services provided by the Company;
  • improving the image and strengthening the position of the Company in the insurance market;
  • conducting an effective and efficient marketing policy of the Company;
  • increasing the level of corporate governance of the Company.
The functions of the department include the following:
  1. According to the methodology:
    • Development of proposals for the development of insurance services of the Company;
    • Development of proposals for the definition and strengthening of the Company's strategy in the insurance market;
    • Development of proposals for the development of insurance services of the Company;
    • Development of guidelines for the process of providing insurance services to the Company;
    • Development of insurance products, based on the needs of the population and how to promote them on the market;
    • Conducting monitoring of the activities of structural units in the implementation of local and regulatory documents of the Company on insurance activities and marketing policy;
    • Assistance to other departments of the Company in the conclusion of insurance contracts;
    • Study, analysis of the foreign insurance market and the introduction of foreign innovative technologies in insurance;
    • Participation in the development and support of bills and legislative initiatives in the field of insurance;
    • Providing the Company's divisions with methodological and informational support on insurance issues;
    • Development of draft regulatory documents regulating the activities of the Company's structural divisions.
  2. According to the marketing:
    • Drawing up and implementing an action plan (measures) to strengthen the Company's marketing and advertising policies;
    • Monitoring of the insurance (consumer) market and competitive environment;
    • Carrying out activities for the study and analysis of the general state of the market and its participants;
    • Development of recommendations on the formation of a marketing policy based on the results of studies of the insurance (consumer) market and competitive environment and coordination of the activities of selling (structural) units in terms of ensuring the implementation of recommendations;
    • Study and analysis of internal and external indicators of their own competitiveness and efficiency of insurance activities (share and position of the Company in the insurance market according to various criteria);
    • Study, analysis and forecast of business activity of competitors, their positions in the insurance market;
    • Participation in the organization and holding of events and actions aimed at promoting the Company's insurance products, as well as at stimulating and shaping sustainable consumer interest (demand) for insurance products;
    • Preparation of proposals for the development of the brand and advertising of the Company's logo and trademark;
    • Analysis of the activities of the Company's branches in the field of marketing activities;
    • Interaction with creative and advertising agencies (companies) in terms of making sketches and layouts of advertising products, as well as conducting marketing events and promotions;
    • Drafting and execution of the budget of marketing and promotional activities;
    • Participation in the preparation and holding of conferences, exhibitions, international meetings, symposia and other events on insurance issues;
    • Assistance in organizing internships to improve the skills of the Company's employees in foreign insurance companies.
  3. Corporate Governance:
    • Planning and implementation of actions related to the Company's corporate governance;
    • Implementation of all necessary actions related to the preparation and holding of meetings of the Company's management bodies;
    • Organization and control of execution of decisions of the Company's management bodies;
    • Implementation of actions related to the increase in the authorized capital (capital) of the Company;
    • Implementation of interactions with shareholders of the Company on corporate governance issues;
    • Preparation of quarterly, annual reports on securities and their delivery in the established order to the authorized bodies;
    • Interaction with corporate consultants;
    • Implementation of other functions aimed at achieving the goals of the Department and the Company as a whole.
