Department of Compulsory Insurance

The main tasks of the department are the following:

conclusion of contracts with legal entities and individuals for compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners, on compulsory insurance of civil liability of the employer, on compulsory insurance of civil liability for harm to life, health and (or) property of other persons and the environment in the event of an accident at a hazardous production facility, and other types of insurance;
wide promotion and implementation of the Company's insurance services among a wide range of potential customers; - ensuring correct and objective calculation of insurance payments and provision of information to policyholders on insurance services;
ensuring the correct execution of insurance documents and their preservation;
regular accounting and analysis of the current activities of the Department, as well as the regional branches of the Company for the implementation of CICLNT;
reporting to the Fund "Guarantee payments for compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners" and the company management; - ensuring timely reporting on the results of the Department and regional branches;
assist the Insurance Claims Settlement Department in reviewing insurance claims received from the Insured;
examination and preparation of proposals for insurance claims on OSGOVTS reviewed by the branches of the Company;
participation in the recruitment and training of insurance agents, employees of regional branches;
development of the insurance market infrastructure through the creation and expansion of an agent network with responsible employees of regional branches on OSGOVTS;
analysis of the insurance market, the study and search for promising areas of development of the Department;
ensuring the effective functioning and continuous improvement of the Company's quality management system;
assistance in concluding compulsory insurance agreements to regional branches, agents and a specialized subsidiary of the Company;

The functions of the department include the following:

observance of the established procedure, conditions, terms and forms of execution of contractual documents, as well as strict adherence to internal and external laws and regulations;
compliance with the Company's insurance rules and the legal framework, methodological, instructional and other regulatory and internal documents of the Company, continuous study and analysis of the domestic legal framework in order to more clearly understand the properties and features of the insurance services provided;
concluding insurance contracts on compulsory and voluntary types with legal entities and individuals, constant monitoring of existing contracts, renewal of completed contracts, search for new clients, quality work on consulting and maintenance services for regular and new clients, systematic improvement of order and reduction of customer service time;
determination of the degree of risk, tariff rates, specific conditions when concluding insurance contracts;
organization and compliance with the sale of insurance policies on OSGOVTS;
participation and assistance in timely acceptance and transfer to the Department for Settlement of Insurance Claims of applications for payment of insurance compensation (collateral) received from the Insured;
working out and submitting to the management, together with the Department of Insurance Methodology, Marketing and Corporate Governance, proposals for the improvement of OSGOVTS, participation and assistance in developing methodological materials, submitting reasonable proposals for making changes and additions to the internal legal framework of the Company;
awareness-raising work and widespread propaganda among various segments of the population of the essence, importance and importance of insurance, as well as full information on the activities of the Company and the types of insurance services provided;
development and implementation of the Company's forecast indicators for insurance premiums on PSCVTS;
the collection and compilation of data on CICLVS for the branches of the Company for reporting to the Fund "Guarantee payments on compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners", as well as the management of the Company;
making adjustments to forecast indicators;
development and participation of the necessary requirements for the organization of insurance activities of the Company, branches, agents and specialized subsidiaries;
carrying out activities and trainings to improve the provision of quality insurance services to regional branches, agents and specialized subsidiaries of the Company;
interaction with other divisions of the Company on insurance, financial, and general issues.
