Executive agency

   The management of the Company's current activities is carried out by the sole Executive Body of the Company, the General Director, acting on the basis of the Charter and the Regulations on the Executive Body of the Insurance Company ALSKOM OJSC.

   The General Director independently resolves all questions of the Company's activities, with the exception of issues referred to the exclusive competence of the General Meeting or the Supervisory Board.

The General Director has the right to:
  • to act on behalf of the Company without a power of attorney, to represent its interests in relations with other organizations and bodies;
  • disposes of property and funds within the limits specified by the Charter or another document of the Company;
  • open a current account and other accounts in banks for storing funds and carrying out all types of settlements, credit and cash operations of the Company;
  • to carry out transactions, with the exception of transactions whose execution is related to the exclusive competence of the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Supervisory Board;
  • conclude contracts and contracts, including labor contracts;
  • issue powers of attorney, conduct correspondence;
  • approve the structure of the Company, the staffing table of the Company's employees, enter into and terminate employment contracts with employees;
  • act on behalf of the Company in collective bargaining and enter into a collective agreement with the labor collective;
  • on issues within its competence and issue orders and give instructions that are binding on all employees of the Company;
  • in coordination with the Supervisory Board, to carry out incentives for the Company's employees;
  • require the Company's employees to comply with the internal regulations, other rules and regulations in force in the Company, as well as the terms of the employment contract. In the case of the violation of labor discipline by the employees of the Company, apply disciplinary measures against the employees of the Company;
  • when concluding an employment contract with an employee of the Company, determine for him the volume and composition of information constituting the official and commercial secrets of the Company.
