To speed up the decision to create new branches, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of September 17, 2018 decided to approve the new organizational structure of the Company, which does not specify the names of branches, but is limited to the wording “Branches in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and Tashkent” with consolidation of control and coordination of the activities of the branches of one of the supervising deputy general director.
